4.1 You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information about yourself, which we need to fulfill your order.4.2 We will make reasonable efforts to respond to any dissatisfaction expressed by you within 7 days of purchase.
5. Delivery
5.1 Deliveries will be made by the carrier to the address specified in your order; ensure someone is present to accept delivery.5.2 If we cannot deliver your artwork within 30 days of your order date, we will notify you via email to arrange a new delivery date.
6. Disclaimers
6.1 QueenKulture reserves the right to make improvements or changes to the website, content, or artworks at any time without notice.6.2 Content may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.6.3 We provide no warranty or representation regarding:

9. Return Policy
9.1 We appreciate your purchase from our website and offer a Seven-Day Artwork Exchange policy for incorrect purchases (wrong piece or size) or if there has been a change of heart; however, there are no refunds on art purchased.9.2 If an exchange occurs, shipping fees will be charged to the buyer’s account; QueenKulture is not liable for damages during transit back to us.9.3 Ensure that artwork is securely packaged for return shipping; we will not accept items damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging and will return them at your expense.9.4 Returns Process: To initiate a return within seven days of receiving your artwork:
- Email us stating your reason for return.
- Schedule a courier for pickup and delivery back to our gallery.
- Include a printed confirmation email with the returned item.
After receiving and checking the returned item, we will process an exchange as quickly as possible (allow up to 7–15 working days).
10. Rights of Third Parties
Nothing in this agreement confers any benefit on third parties under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
11. No Waiver
No waiver by QueenKulture of any right shall operate as a waiver of any other right or that same right at a future time; nor shall delay in exercising any power be interpreted as a waiver.
12. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes arising from these terms or contracts with QueenKulture, you agree to engage in good faith mediation before pursuing arbitration or litigation.
13. Persons Under Age 18
13.1 If you are under 18 years old, you confirm that you have obtained permission from your parents or legal guardians before providing any information about yourself online.13.2 QueenKulture makes no representations that this website’s content is suitable for individuals under age 18. By using our services and purchasing goods from QueenKulture, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
